Hypnobirthing, anyone?

I will be heading into my third trimester soon and have thinking a lot about the child labor. I want to be as prepared as possible, especially since I tend to panic in situations where I am in a lot of pain. I came across hypnobirthing on the web and am curious to hear if any of you ladies tried it with a previous pregnancy...or if you are currently practicing hypnobirthing.
Thanks!

I used HypnoBirthing with my son and it was amazing! You can watch his birth on Youtube: Just search for Joshua's home hypno water hypnobirth.

I highly recommend doing a course :-)

Hi, I used the effective birth preparation cd for my first birth. Stayed at home until 4 cm and then used gas and air later on. I found it was a great way of me feeling in control. I've just started listening to it again for this time xxx

I have just watched your video. It's amazing. Was it really as easy as it looked? You were incredible

I bought the book and it comes with a CD. There aren't any classes around here and I'm not keen on driving 90 minutes so I'm hoping the book/CD and YouTube will be enough.

Hmm, I might have to look into this.i has drug free births twice and I'd like to do it again. Maybe hypo birthing would help with pain.
