I will be heading into my third trimester soon and have thinking a lot about the child labor. I want to be as prepared as possible, especially since I tend to panic in situations where I am in a lot of pain. I came across hypnobirthing on the web and am curious to hear if any of you ladies tried it with a previous pregnancy...or if you are currently practicing hypnobirthing.
Hi, I used the effective birth preparation cd for my first birth. Stayed at home until 4 cm and then used gas and air later on. I found it was a great way of me feeling in control. I've just started listening to it again for this time xxx
i just received 1 book, next one coming soon on hypnobirthing... hoping i can get into it, practice it & follow through. pain will be pain, but i do believe your state of mind will help to relax & make easier on yourself.
