I wouldn't say mine was planned or unplanned but definitely a surprise. Hubby and I had been married 2 years and just went on a mini "honey moon" weekend. There was a hot tub and wine. Lovely. Well I realized after half a glass of wine and just about 10 min in the tub I was feeling really tired and over heated. Not normal for me. Just naked tip to beig tired. I had taken a test just days before and it was negative soni did t think anyhon of it.

Well about a month layer still no period. But tht wasn't unusual for me. I had been diagnosed with ovarian cysts and my hormones were not synching up properly. I start feeling tired all the time and sick to my stomach and just like everybody else I thought I had the flu. So days go and I'm not getting any other flu symptoms so I decided to take a dollar store test. So I'm leaving the test to sit for a couple minutes like the instructions say to but before I can even step away from the toilet it's an immediate bfp.

So I pa
Ickes and couldnt get ahold of my hubby so uncalled my mom. Lol. Finally that might I went to hubby's work I tell him and stunned him into 15 minutes of silence. so although we weren't planning, we decided if it happens it happens. So after a hear of cysts and maybe 5 periods total we conceived in what would have been my 2nd regular cycle. Also against us, was his low count. He had seen a doc just months before. We found out at 8 weeks.

My baby was planned. I stopped birth control back last March and we started trying right away. We got married this past June, and I didn't end up conceiving till the very beginning of September. So it took a little while for us. At first I was shocked - I figured it would be another failed month. We were both SO happy though

We were NTNP, but it took us just under 6 years to have our 1 year old, so we didn't expect it to only take a few months to fall again, so she was a surprise too!!

Definitely planned, though still a surprise!

I was on the fence about children and DH knew that from the start. We were married in October 2009 and I tracked my periods for a long time using an app on my phone. Around the beginning of this year I decided to think about children a little more and decided in August/September that I did want a child. We tried during my October cycle and managed to succeed somehow. I was honestly shocked that it worked, I have endometriosis and that can cause a lot of difficulty with TTC, plus the fact that we've been together coming up on now 10 years, average dtd of 2-3 times a week, not always 100% careful and no surprises have happened. I figured it'd take us at least six months before anything happened and I wound up late for my period at the end of October, wondered if it was stress from traveling/having friend drama and waited to test, tested three times and got negatives and at a week late, a positive

A bit of both really. We had spoken alot about wanting a baby together but I have a condition that makes it very hard to fall pregnant and then keep it. % years into our relationship and many losses later we have our 26 week bump. We wasnt expecting her but are very glad she is finally here

Mini monkey was very much planned. I had a mirena coil for nearly 4 years, had it removed March 2011 after we decided we were ready to start TTC. I found out I was pregnant when my period didn't arrive at the end of September so took us 6 months. It was the one month I though I don't mind if it's not this month as were on holiday and I had to stop the free wine and cocktails when I realised I was pregnant!
