hmmm zero posts and 2 in a row mentioning the same advertising this method on page 1. I am sure its great but its suspicious 2 come along at once to plug the same thing.

I am starting a hypnobirthing class 2night, the class lasts 3hours and is on for 4 weeks. Really looking forward to hearing what it entails. Im not really expecting hypnobirthing to give me a pain free labour, but anything that helps ease the pain im all for it.
