Anybody out there suffering from an extremely stuffy nose? Congestion? Omg... I am and it is awful. Just wondering if anybody has tips on how to relieve it. I have read that pregnancy hormones causes mucous membranes to swell and trap everything in there. UGH. I have tried hot tea, using a humidifier at night, and taking Tylenol Cold (as docs said Tylenol products were safe). I am so tired of not being able to breathe!!!!
yes I have had it two times in the last month! The only thing that has helped me is using a cool mist humidifier. I bought one that didn't work well so I went online and researched humidifiers and bought the safety 1st cool mist humidifier from walmart in the baby section, and it works good. I know how bad it can get! Puffs plus vicks helps too. Hope you feel better!
I've had it since ive been PG - now nearly 19 weeks, aparently its called Pregnancy Rhinitis due to allergens & hormones etc.. fab! doesnt matter what i do, i still feel like i have a slight cold ALL the time ;(
