I can't believe how FAST she delivered her baby! My son was 8lbs13oz(big) and it took me 24 hours of labour and 4 hours of pushing (although he was my 1st)!
I only hope my next delivery is that fast!
But I don't know how I would handle a 12lb baby!!!! HOLY MOLY!!!

I don't think I'd ever get back to normal 'down there' if I had a 12 pounder!

There seems to be a lot of rather large babies being born lately? 14lbs, 16lbs, now 12lbs with TEETH? LOL

I talk to Tadpole & tell him to grow big & strong for mummy but I hope he doesn't take it quite SO literally? lmao

I cannot even imagine giving birth to a baby that large! I'm diabetic, so we tend to have bigger babies anyway, but they are gonna scan me weekly from 32 weeks to keep an eye on her size. And as for a 45 min. labor, that scares me more than a big baby. My husband works an hour south of our home. My hospital is an hour and a half east of our home. I need at LEAST 3 hours to get him home & get us to the hospital. There is a closer hospital, but as I'm high risk I have to drive into the city. I would hate to deliver in a strange hospital that has no idea of my history. (The hospital in the city is equipped to deal with anything that might be wrong with her also). This whole scenario just scares the crap out of me!

My cousin was born with two teeth, but i don't think her birth weight was higher than normal. My aunt was in her forties when she had it, I remember hearing that that may have had something to do with her having two teeth.
