It's definitely not that I wanted a boy, I would have been happy with either, but I have a boy at home so a girl is perfect, one of each I think it's because when you see boy parts you definitely know what you're looking at, with a girl you kind of see it but it's not as obvious.

i have thought the same thing I have ALLLLL this pink stuff, and i think what if she just missed his little penis... I'm gonna be screwed!! I have always dreamt of having a baby girl and never thought it would happen, maybe that's why I'm so doubtful!!!

i think this is where my doubt comes, especially as my dhs family is laden with boys ( he is one of 3 boys and his dad one of 5!) wasnt expecting it at all- dont think ill believe it until she is born! xx

She showed us the lines and we have a potty shot and I confirmed it with my friend who just had a little girl so I'm not doubting. She took a while to triple check the gender.

yes he showed us the 3 lines but wouldnt give us a potty shot. might have a 3d/4d scan done later on as i had one with my son and theyre amazing-hopefully we can get another little peak down below! xx

can't imagine buying loads of pink girl stuff and then it being a boy! of course you would love them all the same but i would still think it was some sort of cruel joke. haha. that is very rare though. congrats on your girl!

It does genuinely happy though that they make a mistake; i just hope my sono was right as im telling the whole world and his wife! lol x

I am the same way. But maybe it is because I have three sons and am shocked/thrilled that this one is a girl. And when you see boys during a scan there is no doubt that it is a boy. With girls there isn't really much to see so I guess one can doubt.
