Anyone ordered furniture from Mamas & Papas?

Just ordered a nursery furniture a few days ago. On the site it didn't let you choose a delivery day but said that they'd get in touch to arrange delivery. Now I've just had an email saying it's been dispatched and should be here within 14 days. Does this mean there's not going to arrange a day and it'll just turn up whenever? Or will they still call to arrange?

I don't want to have to try and ring them to find out what's going on because they're only open whilst I'm at work. Anyone had any experience?

They also sent 2 identical emails an hour apart saying the order's been shipped so was a bit worried it's gone through twice, but it's the same order number so should be ok!

When we had #1 we ordered from them. I am pretty sure that we did get a phone call to confirm/arrange a delivery date. I think the 14 days thing probably means your furniture has been dispatched from their warehouse and is heading to whatever courier will locally deliver it to you. I think it was then the courier that contacted us. Sorry it's all a bit hazy, but I am sure it'll work out

I ordered today and received a call to arrange day for delivery. I did however go into the store to order. x

We ordered in store so can't help. I'm sure it would be same principle & call you to arrange a delivery date?
