worried about a friend can anyone shed light??

Hi all,
Well my friend went for her 12week scan 2 weeks ago and got dated 10+2 which we couldnt work out as she has regular 28 day cycles tested on new years eve 2 days late which should have made her 12 weeks.she has another 12 week scan on weds but I'm worried there is something wrong as we can't find the heartbeat on the doppler
On the day of her scan we used it and found the heartbeat at 180bpm which i thought was high never heard it since does anyone think this could have a good outcome??

Was this her first scan? I had an early scan and got put back a week.. Plus.. implantation can take a while actually.. So you can know the dates and still be off due to it taking longer to have implanted.

Did they find a heartbeat on the ultrasound? Hoping everything is ok for your friend

I wouldnt worry about not finding heartbeat with a doppler as sometimes they dont pick them up until later in the pregnancy. If she is at all concerned she should phone her midwife.x

Yea I still cant find my babys heartbeat with my doppler.. Might have just got lucky the time you guys found it
