Is anyone else eating things they shouldn't be?
I really wanted pork luncheon meat and bought some! After having two sandwiches ive now read it shouldnt be eaten?
What are the chances of something happening now ive eaten it?
I cant remember the whole foods i can and cant eat being such a pain first time round!
in one of the books we bought it said not to have soft serve ice cream or frozen yogurt. Ive had both. at the beginning of our pregnancy I had frozen yogurt all the time in my smoothies and i love love love mcflurrys from macdonalds.
I've eaten lunch meat twice without heating. Once I had no choice, its what was served and it was either eat it or not eat. The other time was subway and I just got tired of the meatball sub.
I also drink caffeine daily.
To be honest if I fancy it I'll have it. Not masses and masses but if I want a bit I'll eat some. Right or wrong I don't know, but I'm not a fan of 'don't eat this just in case this happens'. I wouldn't worry xx
