26 weeks & worrying!

Hello everyone.

I'm 26 weeks tomorrow and getting a bit worried because i haven't been feeling baby move as much, the kicks and rolls are still happening, they don't seem as strong. I've also been getting a weird sensation, like the baby is kicking my cervix, and it goes right through my vagina and to top it all off this morn my belly doesn't feel as hard as it has done. I'm getting myself so worked up and worried

I had my check-up with my midwife monday and everything was absolutely fine. The baby was active and kept kicking the doppler, my belly was going wild. She said the heartbeat is fine and everything with my health is fine too. My belly was measuring 27cm ... is that okay??

I've also still been getting morning sickness, which dissapeared for a few weeks now is back, on and off. So that sort of reassures me, even though it's not a pleasent thing to go through i know baby must be okay if i get sickness?!

Just really need some reassurance feeling so down and worried right now. Thanks in advance girls. xxxx

27cm is perfectly fine and if you have been checked out and bubba is fine then try and stop worrying. I was told that so long as I feel 10 kicks a day I neednt worry. If you werent feeling anything at all then I would be concerned but if you are feeling baby albeit not as strongly Im sure there isnt any problem. Some days my kicks are strong and somedays they are light. x

As baby gets bigger the type of movement you feel changes as there is less room for them to punch and kick with as much force. Everything you have said sounds perfectly fine to me.
27 cm is spot on. You should roughly measure 1cm for every week you are.

Thank you so much, feeling alot better about it all now. I've constantly been worrying all the way through, and this mainly is because i lost my brother 7years ago as well as being a first time mum so everything has been worrying for me. But thank you so much xxx

27cm means you're better than on track!
If you're worried, pop into antenatal clinic n ask them to listen in.
Or f you have your own doppler, babys hb should be at least 110bpm
