Right side pain under rib cage?

I am having a dull ache in my right side right under my rib cage. I had my gallbladder removed last year in July, so hopefully its not related. I'm wondering if it could be muscles streching, or something more serious? There is no burning when I urinate or anything odd other than this pain, so I dont think its a UTI? Do you ladies have any idea what it could be?

Also, the pain is towards the back of my ribs.

I don't mean to freak you out at all, but it might be worth a call to your doctor if it persists. It's one of the possible signs of preeclampsia. Pretty unlikely if you're not having other symptoms, but still probably worth checking on. Here's a link:

Check out the description of Abdominal (Stomach Area) Pain.

Well made a trip to the ER and they said that I pulled a muscle. So hopefully that is all that it is.

Deffinately. I was really worried. I dont think its preeclampsia because my blood pressure is fine, but not gonna jinx it! Hopefully they know what they are talking about at the hospital.

Even if it isn't baby every thing is being pushed up so your ribs start to spred about 18-19 weeks to make room.
