I bought the Ultima because it seemed so much sturdier than the Pilko Pramette (I tried a Pilko in the shop and when sitting the seat recline up I thought it seemed very flimsy), but even so, the wheels stopped moving smoothly as they had in the shop almost immediately. Also, Mamas and Papas customer services are known for being crap once they have your money.

Really, I think all you're paying the high prices for is the Mamas and Papas name and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
The sola that im looking at is £265 for the one I want but the cheapest is 245. It lies flat so I dont need to buy the carrycot on top.
And the Urbo which I really like is £310 and again it lies flat so don tneed to purchace the carrycot. I dont think thats too bad particularly if I can get to the factory shop and get it even cheaper! xx

I've got the switch & I love it, I'll be using it this time round too. I did then buy a Luna when she was about 1 which again I loved and will be getting a new one this time once he is about one.
