Stabbing pain in stomach after eating dinner

This happened again tonight after happening last night. I don't know if it has to do with my uterus taking up more room and everything getting pushed aside, but Im only 21 weeks. So last night we had chicken fajitas, and yes I stuffed myself. Shortly afterwards I got a stabbing pain right in my stomach (not lower,not higher) and it was so bad when I walked or breathed I had to sit down. I finally layed down because that was the only time it didn't hurt. And my stomach was all bloated up and gurgly. It has happened again tonight. We were walking around a store after dinner and I started getting the stabbing pain in my stomach again and had to sit down. Its fine when Im not walking. Also a bit gassy. What is this? Does anyone else have it? Indegistion, really bad stomach gas? I just know Ive never had it before. Then again, I've never been pregnant before either...

You probably just ate too much and really really have to have a good bowel movement. Lol. Happens to me when I eat too much. Even when I wasn't pregnant.

I'm not sure what it could be, sorry

However I get the same described pain whenever I bend over to pick something up and I'm not as far along as you....

It COULD be gas as I've been grossly farting like a man for the past week lol and the pain has only started since I've been gassy. Doesn't make sense that it's actually IN the stomach though does it?

I hope it goes away for you soon
