Please help - Child Care Vouchers and Maternity Leave
Can I have some advise please. I currently pay the full amount out of my salary for child care vouchers, it is £243. I believe that when I go onto stat maternity leave, your company is legally obliged to continue these payments for you, without deducting it from your stat mat leave?
Does anyone know if this is the case? My employer won't give me a straight answer.
Hi, you may have the answer now but noticed no one had got back to you. I heard this also and thought it was to good to be true, I checked with HR and they confirmed that they do carry on paying my nursery fees when I go on to stat mat pay. They also said not all companies do it. I work for a big company. Xx
