I'm planning on doing Natal Hypnotherapy (which is the Maggie Howell one) but I'll be buying the book & CDs from amazon as I can't afford the course either.

I feel pretty lucky, I got the book and DVD on loan from my midwife, she has a collection of really great books that she's willing to loan out to clients.

I also got Ina May Gaskin's Guide to Childbirth and read it cover to cover within the first day I had it... loved it so much I've decided I simply MUST buy it.

I've looked at many videos on youtube. I've tried to self hypnotise myself - didn't work lol I can't stop thinking about things and if I do stop thinking I begin to fall asleep. Anyone managed to hypnotise themselves?
