woohoo, good news for a change

I finally told my work the other day. After being nervous about it for weeks because I am cuurently signed off sick from the end of my matty leave due to PND.

They were so nice i was really surprised, full of congratulations etc which is more than some of my family have managed even.

But the best news is i was told the maternity terms have changed since you were off last, she gave me a new book to read through. My matty pay last time was just the standard 6 weeks at 90% then SMP which is about £900 quid less than i make a month at work BUT this time i get FULL PAY fo 12 weeks, then 50% pay for 12 weeks then SMP for 12 weeks.

Brilliant news, we are in so much debt right now this will really help us out
