John Lewis nursery appointments

Me and my mum are going to one tomorrow and are sooo excited! DH says he will treat us to lunch but then leave us to it. So just wanted to know if there is anything to know before I go? Anyone else had one and how did you get on? Thanks

I'm going with my boyfriends mum on tuesday! So obviously I'm no help. Lunch is a good idea though, the girl on the phone said it's a two-hour appointment!

I'm going to take a little notebook and pen with me so I can note down which ones (we're mainly going for prams) I like and why.

Are you going to the baby show at the SECC too?

Good idea! Wee note pad will be useful.

Def go for lunch too!

I'm hoping that my appointment will give me a wee bit research knowledge to seek out the bargains at the baby show so excited about that wee day out too are you going too?

Have fun but be prepared to be a little overwhelmed. Good idea to bring the notepad and pen. We had a couple of appointments, the firt one we ruled out what we knew we didn't want, went and done some research and then went back a few weeks later.
