Hard to workout

So prepregnancy I wasnt much of a workout person. I exercised at work and usually did either bellydance or intense workouts at home. But I feel like lately I just dont have the extra motivation to workout or the time. I still do stretches and some muscle building exercises while I work but thats about it.

I hear you, I'm so lazy now that I'm pregnant! I prefer high intensity workout and that is what I did before I was pregnant. But my MW said I should stay away from those and abs workout. I tried yoga but honestly I find it incredibly boring. So all I do is go for a walk a few times a week.

I want to start swimming but can't find a swimming session for preggo ladies in my area

I preferred running and exercise where you knew you had worked hard and were sweaty and obviously cant do any of that now! So im walking and going to aquanatal once a week. I feel lazy too!

I walk (power walk) and do some yoga. I want to run (I ran before baby) but my round ligament pulls to bad and it is really uncomfortable.

After reading what your schedule is like, honey, I don't blame you at all! I can't imagine being pregnant and having two jobs.
