in a lot of pain in the moment


Sorry for Tmi...


I just went to the bathroom to wee and all of sudden, im having stabbing pain in the tummy and on the sides, when i breath in it feels a bit sharp.

makes me feel nauseous as well.. not sure what to do but I hope someone can help with me.. I dunno what to do.. i just want to go ow ow ow...

take some painkillers and rest, if it doesnt go ring epu or mw to get advice

Sounds like round ligament pains. I get them all the time. The pain is sharp and quick. Ouchee!!

Not sure as I haven't had round ligament pains yet, but if it gets worse and is accompanied by vomitting then I'd get it checked out. Sounds like normal preggo stuff though.

I've had pain like this throughout my whole pregnant which isn't very long 12week and 1 day.

I asked my doctor about it and she had a feel around my stomach and said everything felt fine and that it was probably my tummy muscles stretching. As i had been violently sick especially at the beginning.

It's worth getting checked out if you have concerns over it or if it gets unbearable.

does sound like ligament pain... i haven't got them yet but doc described it to me. nothing to do but rest and let it pass. hope it gets better, sounds so painful

I called the midwife and said to see the GP on monday or unless the pain is severe to call again and they'll send someone to check me.
because of homones, my gust are not the same and things are pushing out of the way.. first pregnancy= always need good advice. I feel better though, i was in a lot of pain early my husband got worries too. but it all well..

thanks to you all as well for keeping me calm.
