I was thinking of getting some maternity leggings from asda as they looked ok when i saw them the other day. Dont think i'll have the guts to go out in them tho

I may buy some trousers from simplybe and let you know what they are like, as it feels like its going to be my only option.

If you team leggings up with a long tunic so you feel coverred there is no reason why you can't wear them out. This is what I do now and what I plan on doing when I'm bigger. This is me early on and now at 13 weeks, I think I will be pretty big by the time I'm further along if now has anything to go by xx

Maternity yoga pants or jogging bottoms are the way forward!!! i have to wear black trousers for work and i got some black south yoga pants. they have the big tummy panel you can either pull right up or fold down and they are so comfy! i am tall too so i know how you feel. these ones are perfect length on me and i usually have to get tall in everything. im 5-10.

Long Tall Sally have some maternity trousers, they won't be cheap but one pair would do you fine if it's for work.

Otherwise the dress and leggings combo is good if you are plus size, a floaty tunic type dress wouldn't even need to be special maternity wear, if you are over an 18 you can often get away with simply going up a size.

my legs are a bit lumpy and bumpy so i dont like the idea of wearing leggings out n about.

Think i may have to try some bits on at asda so see if anything will go.

Starting to get a bit pee'd and frustrated with the trousers and bottoms in general carry on. To top it off i missed out on a pair of trousers again that was on ebay! ARRGHH!!

Does longtallsally do larger maternity clothes?

I always thought Primark went up to an 18?

Sorry I was just thinking about the length and not the size - not sure what size primark go up to?

i would speak to HR about your clothing concerns and the fact that you need to remain comfortable - i wasnt allowed to wear leggings either but i spoke with HR and they have to be seen to accomodate pregnant women. i would definately give it another try i couldnt stand the maternity trousers, they made me so uncomfortable
