I kept on ringing before i got through...in the small print it says when scan may be and saturday wasnt on there even though mine is a week on saturday. I am a little nervous as their feedback isnt brill on fb and also the fact i could hardly understand lady on phone but i know i shouldnt complain as its £45 and it does say you get 15 min cd with it.
I called a couple of weeks ago and made a booking for the end of this month then at the weekend I brought this voucher and thought I would be able to use it but they said no as it doesn't include per-exsisting bookings. I asked if I could cancel my booking at the end of the month and re-arrange a date using my voucher and again she said no and that I would have to pay a fee ( the total cost of the scan I booked) so in the end I had to keep my scan at the end of the month which I have to pay £79 and then ive booked another scan using my voucher for when im 32 weeks. Although this was my fault for not reading the small print I was very shocked by the lack of customer service skills they have. I now have 2 scans booked at a place I really am not looking forward too.
Oh and it took me all day to get through to them...finally got an answer at 3pm yesterday.
I finally managed to book it!! I got through this morning and the woman told me she didn't have her app book with her and could I call her back in 2 hours!!!! Bit strange to me :/ But i called her back and she booked me in for 22nd June She sounded very unorganized and it sounded like she was working from home with a baby. Oh well as long as the actual scan goes ok, I don't really mind xx
Hi ladies my oh booked ours today I wanted it end of may pref beginning of June when I'll be 28 weeks as I had one at 28 with ds and pics were great but she said because of voucher expiry it would have to be 4th may ill only be 22 an a half weeks and I'm feeling a bit disappointed now as I wanted to see face details etc xx
I thought their customer service skills werent that impressive...oh well guess for £45 we got a deal and the dvd has to be 15 mins long. I think i am going to end up caving in and asking the gender....I cant wait any more lol xx
Hey ladies, I've just booked mine, after a false start yesterday when she asked me to call back after 7pm but then there was just an answer phone message, she called me back today. I hoped to book a Sunday when I was either 26 or 30 weeks, but there was no availability, so I've booked a Saturday in June when I'll be 31 weeks! Hopefully my husband will be able to go as he should be working! Hopefully the scan will be good, was starting to worry but now happy it's at least booked! Let me know how u all get on!
