This one isnt the best but it shows some back exercises and links to other types. I also found abs exercises but I was also under the impression you couldn't do them while pregnant. I am going to talk to my midwife before attempting them.
i lay on my back and work out the kinks. my chiro suggested it since i have a foam roller to roll out the back tension, the ball works similarly but gentler.
she also suggests doing cat and camel stretch for back strength.
i've heard you can do some gentle abdominal excercises but that you should do 'core' strenghtening instead of say situps or planks.
