I've always been conscious about what I eat & just before I found out I was pregnant I'd been doing slimming world & went from a uk 12 to an 8. I was more than happy eating healthy food & very disciplined.
With my previous two pregnancies that sadly ended in mc, I always went nuts with healthy eating. Nothing passed my lips if it wasn't good for baby.
This time however I just can't do it. All I want to eat is chocolate, cake, fast food, sugary cereal- basically unhealthy food. I cant face eating veg or salad & have to really force myself to eat a couple of bits of fruit everyday. It's not cos I feel sick or anything, I just don't fancy healthy food, I'd rather have nothing! subsequently I've put two stone on already but that doesn't bother me as much. I worry about my baby!
Is this really bad? Is anyone else out there eating crap?? Don't get me wrong I do eat veg but just not as often as I think I should.
I'm exactly the same! Well I can't face anything except cereal & sandwiches. I can eat fruit but I'd much rather crisps and sweeties! I can't stomach the thought of home cooking -yuck!- I'd much rather eat out!!
My diet sucks. I eat crap at least once a day. In fact, i just devoured a whole easter egg and now I feel sick but I know for a fact Ill eat more crap later on tonight whilst watching telly. My OH makes me eat a proper home cooked dinner so I do get some veggies and I try and have an apple every day but ice cream, crisps and chocolate are part of my daily routine.
I craved fruit for about 2 weeks! Now i cant even look at it, my diets been crap for example yesterday i had 2 grilled bacon sandwiches with white bread and loads of butter, for lunch i had a greggs chicken mayo sub roll, packet of crisp and a chocolate doughnut and for dinner chicken and vege big soup (my latest craving! which isnt too bad!) then two slices of homemade strawberry cake and clotted cream I havent put on any weight as of yet infact i've lost a stone and i dont know how!
I've been trying very hard to be good! It just doesn't do my guts any good if I eat rubbish but it's what I crave. Right now I'd love a Chinese takeaway but I'm munching an apple and probably having pasta and veggies for dinner. It feels such an effort to eat healthy. I want crisps!
i have been eating really healthy but have been having treats a few times a week which I always feel a bit bad for. Yesterday it was a Tim Hortons Honey Cruller Donut! DELIGHTFUL! I usually eat well but I am am more conscious about what I eat and I really DONT want to put on tons of weight!!!!!
Hahaha i can eat a box of six cakes, six packs of crisps
Im forever hungry, ive tried eating a healthy meal but i just dont feel satisfied so i go and eat more crips/cakes!!
I have only put on half stone aswell, which i wasnt sure if this is normal? Im 22+1??
