Can anyone help?


I have tried posting this in the TTC section and NTNP and i have not got any responses. So i hope you dont mind me asking here. Thanks in advanced

did u ladies eat anything specific to help your chances of becoming pregnant??

and

Does anyone know of specific food to help fertility?

i have done my google research and have some written down but wanted to hear more opinions

I took baby asprin, got preggers the same month. I also hear yams are good, with the skins on, for dropping eggs

diet wise just eat healthy..try not to stress yourself out.. I found with me after a year and a half of trying and doing whatever I could possibly do when I stopped TTC and just stopped worrying about everything my mind relaxed thats when i got my bfp hope you get your bfp soon hun

thank you i am taking it easy and not stressing but i been trying for a year and a half now and was hoping that maybe something could help boost my chances =]

After ovulation, I ate sunflower seeds and pineapple core. Another friend fell pregnant eating walnuts after ovulation. All of these foods are supposed to help the eg implant. I mainly ate sunflower seeds though.

Baby aspirin thins the blood. Im on it until 36 weeks to prevent mc. Dont take regular aspirin and consult with your Dr before you start.

oh okay...i can definitely make sure i eat lots of sunflower seeds lol

would it be fine to start eating them in my fertile week?

Evening primrose oil from the last day of your period to a few days after ovulation. It helps make your vaginal mucus all slippery and sperm friendly. Lots of water, minimal alcohol, lots of healthy foods
