diet wise just eat healthy..try not to stress yourself out.. I found with me after a year and a half of trying and doing whatever I could possibly do when I stopped TTC and just stopped worrying about everything my mind relaxed thats when i got my bfp hope you get your bfp soon hun
After ovulation, I ate sunflower seeds and pineapple core. Another friend fell pregnant eating walnuts after ovulation. All of these foods are supposed to help the eg implant. I mainly ate sunflower seeds though.
Evening primrose oil from the last day of your period to a few days after ovulation. It helps make your vaginal mucus all slippery and sperm friendly. Lots of water, minimal alcohol, lots of healthy foods
