Sore legs at night!

Anyone else getting sore, crampy, sometimes numb legs at night?

This just started for me around 22 weeks. I find it's worse in the morning - I usually end up waking up early because my legs are bugging me so much! As soon as I get up and move around they feel better.

Usually whatever leg I'm sleeping on (since I sleep on my side most times) will hurt the most, but sometimes the other one hurts too. Even just getting up to pee in the night sometimes relieves it a bit...

Seems like a circulation problem maybe? Is this common?

It's called restless leg syndrome and it's caused by lack of magnesium. You should tell your midwife as they like to watch it and put you on supplements for it.

I had that problem with my first and ate a banana everyday and it went away. I hate bananas but the potassium or something in them cured it so it was totally worth it. If you don't mind bananas it's worth a try .
