that's exactly how I felt, once I got the positive I just felt like its a girl. it feels right to think of it as a her. And I can't wait to start buying all those cute clothes too!

I will def let you know on Friday, because I really won't be able to keep it to myself. I already have 2 stepsons though so it would be nice to have some girly-ness around the house besides just me!

Clover I think that's great! I wish I had your patience! Because I would have fun driving my mom crazy with it too!

Team this time and last. No regrets. Loved the surprise and not fussed about what sex the baby is. I am also one of the least organised people ever so I guess that's another reason I did not need to know.

I'm also not big on the whole lots of pink/blue thing so again, no need to find out really.

It's your choice hun. If it makes it easier and more exciting for you to know, then do it. It's no one elses business x

Im like you, I wanted to know so could plan, but I also found it helped me bond with bubs, as I was such a worrier, am still.

I do wish I left the gender for a surprise, but OH's tears when our DR said we are having a boy, was worth it.

We found out last week and don't regret it at all! It's been so much more fun to think of names and call him our little man or boy..I don't know. I love it. All the cute little boy outfits around the house now just melt my heart. To me it was a surprise either way at 20 weeks or 40 and I'm too impatient to wait! lol..plus i think the day of the birth will be exciting enough i don't think anythings going to be ruined!
Although!..with that being said I MIGHT consider being team yellow for baby #2 just because I'd at least have some baby things and be some what prepared..plus I have a feeling I'll have all boys lol.

I found out with both of mine. No regrets.

In fact, I was having a time dealing with depression because I have a bad knee (in an immbolizer all the time since 12/20). It was really starting to take a toil on me plus the gender pressure was getting to me. My mom has three grandsons and this is her last grandbaby so she really wanted her girl. I even was having dreams of being told girl but kept telling myself it was a boy.

My husband even put pressure on me wanting a girl LOL. I guess I didn't know how badly I wanted one because when the tech told me it was a girl I burst in tears. To me finding out just really helped deal with the depression that I was going through with my leg. Also we talk to my son about her and he knows her name.

Last night, He was giving "Ginny" his nose!! I love how he interacts with my bump. Yes way off topic .

DF & i knew from the start we wanted to find out our LO's gender so we had a private scan at 17+1. We didnt mind one bit what we were having as it's our first. We are just impatient & like to be organised (baby clothing etc) I was so sure we were having a boy (instinct & baby boy dreams) Turns out we are having a girl. We dont regret finding out the gender, but we do regret telling people both the gender and the name we are going to call her. I'd like to say we will be team yellow for future pregnancies to experience the surprise but honestly, it wont happen!!

Team all the way, this time and last! The moment my OH told me our DD was a girl was absolutely amazing after a horrid labour and c section so I can't wait for him to tell me again.
