Movements 23 + weeks

Just wondering what any gals around my stage are feeling movement wise?
And when should we start monitoring the 10 movements per day?
I usually get a few little moves in the morning then not much during the day then more at night when I'm lying in bed. I guess I'm still early enough that baby can get into positions where I can't feel the kicks and movements as much.
Just wondering what everyone else is experiencing?? Maybe I have a quieter baby.

Hi, I'm just 23 weeks and have been feeling quite a lot of movement for a few weeks now. It started off as little twitches and for the past 2-3 weeks it has become full blown kicks and punches.

I get movement all throughout the day, but a lot more at night. Around 1-3 am I've noticed baby is very active and I can actually see my belly moving and jumping.

I am almost 22 weeks and been feeling regular movement since about week 18. I have movement all through the day, usually when I sit down baby will start to kick and punch. Only time it's really quiet is if I'm busy doing things. I think they say to monitor movement from week 28 but I could be wrong

Yea I thought it was 28 weeks too.
Mine is variable at the moment- definitely get a few little wiggles when I'm sitting still then more big kicks at night that hubby can feel too.
I love it though- Its so reassuring that baby is ok and active!

I'm the same as you, active in morning and night, I wouldn't worry about counting yet.

mine wake up about half ten, have a kick about then again about 4,(which is only recently)then later on about 8 onwards, by ten/eleven they are usually well on the go.
sometimes its wriggles sometimes its moving around and others its big kicks. i have an anterior placenta too so i think how hard i feel them depends on how they are lying.

not sure when u count the movements, dont know how ill do that with two

I could have written your post, I'm scared to have to get 10 movements per day cause I was thinking it was at 24 weeks. I've always felt like I have a calm little man in there, just chillin lol. I definitely feel kicks here and there throughout the day but it's usually just one or two and then nothing for a while, then maybe one or two more a little while later. It's rarely a big kick-fest the way other ladies talk about, even though it does happen. I have an appt on the 18th and I'm gonna ask movement counting.

I'm 24 weeks and have only started feeling full on movements within the last week (this is my second too so "usually" feel movements sooner).

I felt light kicks and punches from about 21-ish weeks but whilst I was at my mw appointment yesterday, my LO kicked the doppler and I didn't feel that at all so I'm def not feeling every movement/kick!

I get most movement during the evening when I'm relaxed, quiet and trying to sleep

This is same as me- a few either kicks or wriggles in the day when I am sitting still. I can't always feel the kicks on the outside either it's usually quite internal feelings. I've got my own doppler which I didnt think I'd use at this stage but it's quite reassuring when baby is having a quieter spell. Like you it's never been active all through the day then at night too so it's always been on the quieter side for me. I'm checking with my midwife next week too!
So many worries in pregnancy!!
