I'm sure I felt flutters as early as 10 weeks, but I know that sounds unrealistically early so I could be convinced it was just gas...but I don't know.
I definitely felt flutters at 12 weeks as they were stronger and localised and always in the exact place I found the heartbeat with the doppler.
I started feeling more (gentle) kicklike/pokelike movements from 16 weeks and have felt them every day since. They're not really regular yet but I've felt baby move every day since I turned 16 weeks.
Last time around I only started to feel flutters at 16 weeks and wasn't really sure if it was baby or not for a week or so after that.
