Remember what you eat adds to your liquid intake too. Someone eating a lot of fresh veg and fruit etc doesn't need to drink as much liquid as someone living on toast.

I drink a lot, probably 3l a day or more, but I genuinely feel like if I don't, I'll die of thirst.

If you are tired, lethargic, head-achey or pee is strong or dark, you probably need more liquid (fizzy stuff and coffee doesn't count, fruit juice and tea does, it doesn't need to be water)

The best thing you can do is just find a way to enjoy the water, mio, lemon/lime, add a splash of fruit juice in, crystal light packets, whatever it is, and ive found when i use a cup with a straw, im more likely to hold it and sip at it constantly like a 3 yr old sips their sippy cup haha. if its a glassyou have to set on a table then pick up for a sip your less likely to drink from it, but straws, um yessss, straws are great, just put in mouth and dont remove until liquid is gone haha.

I have a hard time drinking water too. I add lemon juice, or mix my water with vitamin water so it tastes better. I aim for 8 glasses a day because I don't think I can handle 10.

I drink alot of water, but then again I have always loved it, I think its an amazing substance, it gives life along with sunlight to the plants, and keeps us animals going, and I just love that my thirst can be quenched with clear tasteless liquid that I find delightful! I am never far from a pint glass of cold cold water! I must get though about 10 pints of it in a day! I feel rather great physically and I put that down to the multi vits plus all the water I drink. Weirdly I don't have to pee too frequently. My bladder seems to be forified lol and puts up a good fight for space against my uterus!
