Water

I'm not drinking enough! I'm trying but most of the day I'm either at school or work and I just forget! I always have water with me but I don't think I'm drinking enough of it (and I'm so sick of peeing lol)
Anyone else feel like this?

i am just so thirsty (especially at work because they de-humidify hospital air and its SOOOOOO dry) so I feel like I must drink enough because I usually drink 3-4 litres at least a day. But like I said I am thirsty so I guess my body reminds me to drink.

Like Laenne, I am thirsty pretty much all the time. Been like this since I conceived.
The frequent peeing is annoying to say the least yet our bodies need the extra fluid intake more than ever now. See if you can keep the water bottle on your desk and make sure you drink at least 2-3 liters a day, Hun.

Do NOT mess around with the water thing... I know it sucks but DRINK DRINK DRINK. I only say this because I woke up one morning with the most excruciating consistant pain that did not go away. I finally made dh take me to the hospital.. and what was it.... Dehydration... The nurse was telling me that she sees it alot and I tell you it was horrible pain. So after her having me chug almost a gallon I started to feel so amazingly better... So please especially with it starting to get warmer do not mess around with this...

I'm not drinking the recommended amount either. I try my best, but there's just no way that I can physically drink that amount. When I drink over a certain amount it makes me vomit.

I have never been a big drinker though really. Before I was pregnant I used to have like 1 cup of coffee a day and that was my entire liquid intake for the day (other than food!). Bad I know... but I just never felt thirsty!

I now probably drink around 1.5, sometimes 2 litres a day, which is pretty good for me. I do mix it with orange cordial though as it's easier to drink that way.
