Portacot excitement!!!!!

I'm soooo happy at the moment. My DH and I are going away to our family's places over the xmas holidays and I was worried about what we were going to put baby in.... Mum was like "I'll buy you a portacot" I said no because there was a specific one that we wanted which I knew my mum couldn't afford nor us for that matter so she suggested that we go halves!!!!

This is what I'm excited about.. I feel soooo lucky to have some support from family It rarely happens lol

looks lovely! I've not started looking yet, but that made my heart smile a little bit, which is a good sign as I'e been a bit underwhelmed so far.
I'll be looking to get a travel cot too, for two reasons; firstly I'm not moving in wit my OH once the baby arrive (my choice). I stay there about 4 nights a week, more or less depending on if I want to, but it's really important for me to have my own place too, somewhere I can be an have my own time. We only live few miles from one another, so it's pretty easy to do.
The second reason I like having my own space is so my dogs get the attention they need; the OH doesn't allow them outside of the kitchen in his house, and they're my whole world lol, they have to be able to have cuddles and attention with me at my house
Sad maybe, but that's just how I feel.
A travel cot will mean my dogs can be less restricted in my house as it will protect baby from their hairiness etc!!
