Im so upset...

and I am being ridiculous. I am so upset over a pair of pants. I cannot find maternity pants that don't cost like $70 and actually fit me length wise. I cried on the train. Poor DH took the brunt of it, I just feel so stupid, maybe I should make my own. I feel like cancelling all appointments until I can find a pair of darn pants

oh and another thing, I just in the second trimester have been getting terrible morning sickness (at night ugh) and my dr had given me pills before I even had morning sickness, and its category C....almost everything she gives me is. When I ask for help, she gives me a whole story, but when I dont complain about something, like morning sickness she gives me a script? I dont know if I should take it....

promethazine thats what its called...I just dont know

I feel you! I have a 36" inseam and I cannot find maternity pants to save my life! I bought some capris, shorts, and a skirt. I also picked up a bellyband, which allows me to wear my regular pants completely unzipped and unbuttoned without them falling down.

And ask her for Zofran for the nausea, its great!

Try thrift stores. I'm not in second trimester yet, but I found a $10 skirt that was not a maternity skirt, but can work for all stages of pregnancy. I also got a pair of maternity pants at a thrift store for just a few bucks. Making your own or hemming something you find is another good solution.

If you need tall pants, I found some really nice ones at Destination Maternity. (I swear I must sounds like an advertisement for them, haha, I keep recommending them to everyone!) I ordered mine online, got them on clearance for $35-40. I bought jeans and khakis. I bought the American Star brand. They fit really well, and are plenty long. I have jeans from old navy, target, and motherhood also, and the ones I got from Destination Maternity are the longest and cutest.

Try old navy. They have sales all the time online and they sell long length. I paid $20 for my jeans and capris.

Sorry I can`t help you with the morning sickness pills. I dont know anything about them.

Aww I know how you feel
As far as the maternity pants if you have a Ross I would try there they are about
$10-$15 but they are mainly Capri/shorts. It's early summer in Texas!

I also have severe vomitting and was given Promethazine works great BUT does make you really drowsy. Dr came to conclusion that it's heartburn causing my sickness therefore she perscribed nexium which also works fabulous!!

I was actually thinking maybe hers is more acid reflux since she said it was at night. I get it terrible too so i avoid alot of foods and soda because of it. I also take prevacid.

Funny thing with me is I only get the heartburn when I eat a base not an acid! So weird but I do not wish it on any one it can get really painful
