Nestle baby free stuff... is it worth it?

I just received an email from Nestle baby Canada and they are offering me a free gift bag if I fill out their questionnaire.

I don't like the idea of giving away my personal information (I'll probably be flooded with advertising after that) but if the gifts are worth it, it might be a fair exchange.

Has anyone done this? (especially in Canada) What did they give you?
All they say in the email is that the gifts might be worth up to $100 (yeah, right!) but nothing about what it is.
I'm not really interested if it's disposable diapers or formula (I don't plan on using either) but other baby things would be nice. I don't have anything yet except two bottles I got for free and one outfit.

I might do if it wasnt Nestle after what they did with formula!

Usually those types of things are a small diaper bag filled with coupons, sample formulas, daipers, promotional gift cards to places like Shutterfly, etc. I have done them, I just always use a junk email account so they aren't constantly spamming my regular email account.

I made up a "junk email" like jd83 and fill them out. I have gotten some nice coupons and ever some free samples. I keep the stuff I want to use and donate the rest to goodwill.

I find most usually tell you what your getting. I got one recently from another formula company and even thought I am getting formula samples which I am not planning to use I am getting a free bottle. I am giving the formula to a food bank here so its going to a good cause.

Yeah, I did some online research and it seems to be mostly for the backpack and coupons.
I am planning on buying just about everything used, so not much need for coupons. And I have lots of backpacks already. I think I'll skip it.
