UTI or round ligament pain?

Had my 16 week midwife appt yesterday, she was very happy with all aspects of my health, did a urine test and all was fine.

Since yesterday afternoon I've had a dull ache in my lower tummy. Wondering if this is a different type of round ligament pain (so far all been quite sharp and short lived) or may be a UTI? Though would have thought the midwife would have picked anything unusual in my urine up yesterday? No other symptoms of a UTI apart from weeing a lot - but that's been the way for the last 2/3 weeks and am passing decent amounts of urine, not tiny amounts. No burning / stinging / pain or discomfort when weeing.

HI i had a bad kidney infection last week..

my symptoms:

Thursday 8 am- pain sensation in pubic bone and came in waves 20 mims later was agony.
My urine was fine though didnt burn though:
went to doc... some urine and blood in urine... was given antibiotics.
Friday- the pain was not any worse than thursday, but hadnt improved so rang doc n was told to go hospital.
went did urine test and urine was completely blood no yellow at all. got iv antibiotics and stayed overnight still on antibiotics now.

The pain gets really bad so just keep an eye on it and watch your urine closely.
It doesnt have to burn to b a uti. x
