restless flipping legs

grrrrrrrrr driving me absolutely nuts, pelvis is killing through my SPD and now every night my legs are keeping me awake feeling all twitchy and annoying, had this last preg so I know its nothing to worry about but it is soooooo ANNOYING! I keep wanting to cramp them or something but nothing is helping

and now they have decided to start before I even go to bed, ive cut out caffine and do all the excersizes and have tried hot baths n baby oil rubs before bed but here they are again grrrrrrrrr all i wanna do is watch the cube in peace! soz rant over now LOL xoxox

I feel your pain. I got this when I wan't pregnant... Its giving me a break at the moment thank god but i bet its not too long before it starts back up again. Its soooo annoying, if im laid in bed I usually end up having to go downstairs to get a drink just to ease it off, only then am i sometimes lucky enough to be rid of it long enough to fall asleep. At the moment the new thing im experiencing in dead left fingers

Sometimes thumb and 2 middle fingers other times its all 1st 2 fingers and little finger... How strange...

Hope it settles for you hun, apparently arnica gel can be good for it, but if you buy some make sure its pure arnice, its stronger

I feel your pain!

I get this every evening but only in my left leg. It's driving me nuts!
