Felt really sick last night, today really hungry

So I had fish last night, I had cod in the freeze, I took it out on friday.. but hubby wanted pizza instead.. so i put it in the fridge.. then on saturday night, my fridge froze my fish! so I had to let it unfreeze in cold water.

We had breaded fish fry in shallow oil with rice and garden peas. We had it, my husband said it was really nice but I started feeling sick.. nausea and I was warm but felt cold and shivered.

This morning, I had oatmeal, and some left over rice with peas... and then I had corn flakes... then.. a apple and a chinese pear
for our dinner we had some fish finger from the freezer and speghatti in tomato sauce. I actualy had 4 fish fingers and a big serving of pasta.. and not even after I'm done i'm terribly hungry!

I have that burning feeling in the tummy.

I'm drinking plenty of water right now but it's not calming down. I wonder if it's hunger or just my stomac being odd from last night.
What should I do..

I feel like I over ate today and I don't I shold eat for the the rest of evening

your stomach does tend to be a bit more sensitive when pregnant so it could be that it has upset yours but not your hubbys. I dont think its food poising, you would know all about it if it was lol. You may just feel a bit off for a day or so but you should be fine hun. If your worried then just eat maybe toast or somthing light til tomorrow x

Thank you! i just worry too much sometime haha. afraid i caught a parasite or something but i feel a bit better knowing this.
