28.5 weeks - Braxton Hicks or preterm labor?

I've been experience Braxton Hicks (I think!) occasionally for the last few weeks. Tonight, they've been pretty frequent. My tummy feels very tight for about 30 seconds and then it goes away, and then comes back a few minutes later. I've been drinking a lot of water, and I'm about to go for a walk in my neighborhood, but should I be worried? It's not painful, and it's only slightly uncomfortable. I certainly don't feel like I need to go to the ER, especially when it's probably nothing. But I wanted to check with you ladies to see what you thought. Help?

Ok so here's what I was told 5+ in an hour call, your most likely coming in. They also told me to drink a lot of water and lay down and or take a warm bath.

I went ahead and called when I had three in one hour a few times over the weekend and they are checking me out this week to make sure but they thought it was nothing.
