Dark urine?

Just wondering if anyone else has had this ?
When I wake up in the morning and go to the toilet my urine is very dark and stays that way until I drink lots of water and by the end of the day it's clear but then next morning same thing happens.. Is this normal? Iv been tested for UTIs and all clear.

It's most likely dehydration. I have to keep a cup of water by my bed at night for the same reason. Plus if I don't I had a huge headache in the morning. It really is amazing what just drinking more ware helps! Try and cut back on the sodas as these just dehydrate you more. Eat more fruit too! It all helps hon

When do you take your prenatals? I take mine before I go to bed so I don't get sick and it makes my urine really yellow in color. Just a thought. I do a trick at night that helps with keeping hydrated through the night. Every time I get up to pee, I drink a glass of water (or as much of the glass as I can). This way I am replenishing what I am losing. It seems to help.

Dehydration, drink more water. Dont they say at least 2 litres a day? I loose count on how many times I flll up my water bottle during the day and my wee is v light. If I only fill my bottle up twice on a particular day because I am nowhere near a water tap I can tell the difference in the colour of my wee
