Vicks Inhalers, I know they are safe but is there a limit to how often I can use it?

I woke up this morning with a horrible head and nose cold . I bought a vicks inhaler from the chemist who said they are fine to use in pregnancy. My nose has been a nightmare today, constantly blocked up and giving me a sore head and I have that horrible sore feeling at the top of my nose you get at the start of any cold. the inhaler is so soothing and I just want to use it all the time.

Although it is safe, I can't help but wonder if there is a limit to how often I use it? I wouldn't want to overuse it and do damage to bubs.

i don't think it has a limit, to my knowledge. I'm picturing the chapstick sized inhaler that you sniff to help clear passages. Not sure if this is what you are referring to. I used one of those when I had a cold. Also, any saline nose spray is fine to use to help keep nose congestion cleared out.
