So, I officially got my bfp 8/15. I'm due May 1st! Very excited. I used Wondfo HPT, and I know that during the 2ww, I searched around everywhere for information on Wondfos. And then after my BFP, I kept testing to see if the line would get darker (I'm scared since my mc in May). Searches on how dark I could expect a Wondfo to get did not yield much, so I thought I would take pictures of mine and post them for any other gals out there looking for the same info.
I got a faint, but clear BFP on 8/13, at 5dpo. I had to throw up that day after lunch and dinner, and decided to test. I took another test at 6dpo the next day, and it was negative. I was very upset, and threw away the test, I thought it was just a false positive. However, my husband convinced me to take another at 7dpo, and sure enough, I saw a VERY faint BFP. So, conclusion #1 - I really think the sensitivity can vary slightly from test to test with wondfo, but it did give me a very early BFP.
After that, my test got a little bit darker every day. Some days was not too noticeable, and I really did drive myself a little crazy. At 15 DPO, the test line was as dark as the control line. Conclusion #2 - Wondfo BFP do indeed get nice and dark. At 18 DPO, the test line was darker than the control line.
I've included pictures, but the tests have dried, and thus gotten a little bit lighter. If you are trying to compare and see if your line is getting darker, I really wouldn't recommend reading the results after 20 minutes, as the test is already pretty dry and a little discolored by then. Seeing a change could be hard once its dry.
