Not at all don't worry!! I'd rather not have false hope - this is all hard enough anyway! I really appreciate your honesty and I'm really sorry that this happened to you xx

Sorry AF got you I've used these for ages and haven't had problems before. It seems like all the tests are getting worse! I guess I just have to wait and see. It's hard being impatient! I know I'm my head I should just wait until AF is late but I just can't!
I swore I'd wait till I'd missed AF before testing but I was just too impatient. I had faint lines on these as well as other tests and it's so disheartening when you've been TTC for so long. Hopefully my bad experience with them was a one off and the lines get darker for you
Do you think there is a chance you had a chemical if you had positive in other brands? (Sorry I know that's a horrible question)

I'm really not sure. I have PCOS and on a break from Clomid so I can't be sure if I ovulated as I didn't do OPK's this cycle. I have had a chemical in the past when I was TTC my son and the lines were really faint then too so I suppose it is possible. I've got 3 months of Clomid left so going to start taking it again tomorrow x

Good luck with the next cycle. This is my first month on it - I've struggled with the side effects so just hoping that it'll be worth it in the end x

The side effects are awful aren't they? The last time I took it I felt suicidal so I've taken a couple of months off. Really don't want to go back on it but I'm hoping all the side effects will be worth it. Which dosage are you on? I was ok on the 50mg but didn't ovulate so my consultant put me up to 100mg and the side effects started but the good thing is I was definitely ovulating on 100mg

It's all so stressful this TTC malarkey isn't it x

I'm only on 50 mg but was ovulating before I even started it. I had developed a follicle each side on the scan and they said by progesterone level was 41.2 which apparently is good? So i did ovulate from both ovaries they think. I've been so emotional, feeling sick, hot flashes, exhausted! And they don't seem to be disappearing! How many cycles have you done?
Very stressful! X

If you're in the UK then 41.2 is good. I know that in other countries they use different measures. My progesterone was only 14 when I was on 50mg. The side effects I had seemed to last all month but I had good days and bad days. I had one cycle at 50mg then 2 at 100mg and got 3 months of 100mg left x

Yeah I'm in the UK.
It's good you're ovulating now - three months isn't that long to cope with the side effects - hopefully it'll be worth it for both of us!
