Thanks Cupcake. My scan is on Monday and I am prepared for a bad news, I had absolutely no spotting this time and almost wish I already miscarried to avoid more scans or procedures.

It may have just been too early before. Many don't see anything at 6+2 but will do a few days or so later on. Fingers crossed for you

A similar thing happened to me, it wasn’t that my dates were wrong, it was just at such an early stage a few mm’s out can make a massive difference! We didn’t see anything in our first scan, went back 3 days later to see fetal pole & HB x GL xx

I did not have my scan yesterday, started to bleed very heavily with huge clots on Monday morning. I rang my fertility nurse and decided to stay at home, it was awful but I believe it's now over. She said if I still bleed next week then go for a scan to see if everything is out, so for now I am just hoping for no more scans or procedures. I was very hopeful with this pg, my age and increasing fsh is against me and I think it's time to come to terms that my dd will not have a sibling. My oh still wants to keep trying, he wants to try ivf with pgs but I am just so tired. And how would that help? I feel like I have been pg more than I was not in last year. Thank you for all your support ladies and I wish you all the best. x

I'm so sorry I don't want to give false hope or be negative but I would still go for a scan to make sure either way. If you definitely have miscarried then you need to make sure everything has gone, I'm sorry to sound clinical.
I hear what you're saying with being tired by all of this, I can imagine you must be. But would IVF be worth a try? You may have more success. I don't know your story, so I don't know of any fertility issues but you mention high FSH which indicates low egg reserve I think? It means your body is trying really hard to produce an egg each cycle I think? Could Clomid be worth trying out? It can help give you a much better ovulation I think. The phlebotomist who did my progesterone check said she'd been trying for the best part of a decade before she had her first and Clomid was what did the trick for her. Maybe talking to a fertility specialist is something you could look into before making any final decisions
