Pink Dye VS. Blue Dye!!! Brand Vs. Brand

Hi everyone,

it's me again

I was wondering, I have been stupidly taking the first response pregnancy test in the afternoon instead of the morning, I was wondering if that could be why I am getting bfn?

I am really overdue on my af, and there is no sign that she is even coming. I just feel pregnant. I have taken first response tests later on in the afternoon instead of using frer...

I was wondering if there could be something wrong with the brand I am using as well, a lot of people tell me that clearblue easy is the way to go

Thank everyone,
Stephanie

Hi, im not sure really abot different tests! But some peopl say fmu is the best as its most concentrated but then others say that later on in the day is better cause all the time ur hcg is increasing slightly. it dosent just double at the 48hour mark!! Good luck

That's funny! I wouldn't trust clearblue if I were you. I've had several false positives.
First response is dependable!
Try first morning urine! Hope you get your bfp soon!!!

The blue dyes are notorious for false positives. Clear Blue Easy just might give you a positive, but it could very likely be that you aren't.

If you're already late, then it doesn't matter what time of day you take a test.

I absolutely hate it when people tell me this, but at your point, it's just best to see a doctor.

Good luck!

Hi hun, first response is definitely best for correct answers, but saying that some women just don't produce a lot of hCG, it took 10 weeks and 5 days to get a possitive with my first son, yet I got a positive 1 day early with my second. I'm also very late, will be three week on thursday, but not actually had a proper bleed since 26th July, I'm going on te whole three weeks late thing from when my period for September should have been due, I'm normally bang on 28 days give or take one day. I'm off to the dr's tomorrow morning to get answers, best thing you could do is see yours, don't suffer alone! We know our bodies more than anyone else, and if we feel something is up then we need answers Good luck sweety, really hope you get your xxx
