Faint positive

Yesterday afternoon I took a clearblue plus pregnancy test and a very faint positive showed up within the first two minutes so I went to the clinic right away and the test came back negative. The dr said that he doesn't consider there tests accurate until a woman is about 7-10 days late.

So I took another test at home this morning right after I woke up and it came up positive again within the first minute or two and the vertical line is darker than it was yesterday.

Should I consider myself pregnant.

Ps. I already have a one year old so I do know how to read a home pregnancy test. I'm just confused cause it was negative at the dr's.

If it was a blue dye test I wouldnt trust them. Pink dye test would give a better result

The doctor's tests normally are not as sensitive as the "before missed period" tests, so I would retest in a few days and if it is positive go back in and bring that test in with you.

yesterday after i got the faint positive, i went to the dr immediatly and had dranken a bit of water. It was also about 4 in the afternoon... Also I was only 3 days late yesterday...He said that if I was ten days late and their test came back negative to trust theirs. So I'm hoping the ones I took that said positive and the ones to trust
