Spending so much money on tests and what for! why cant I just wait till af date...

Hi ladies, not been around for a while. Quick update; cycles have been 21 days for the last 3 months. (previously 28 days) so think im 11dpo. Spent silly money on frer tests over the past few days just incase i could catch a bfp early, im sure im over analysing every test and just creating my own line! Heres one i made earlier... thx ladies

I don't see anything I'm sorry.

I didn't waste any money on FRERs until I tested positive on Wondfo ICs. They come in a bundle (40 if you wish), and cost a lot less than a FRER for more. I peed on those sticks everyday until I saw my . After that, that was when I used a FRER, which seemed to have less sensitivity than the ICs I've used (according to how dark/faint the lines were).

Thanks for your reply. I used to purchase IC but stopped as me and partner stopped trying. Been almost a year and it's the first cycle we've been actively ttc. Just hopeful and stupid I guess. Time to stock up on ICs!!!! Congrats on your pregnancy!

i was buying FRER e.t.c by the bucket load really (we were trying for 2 years and 7 months) and it was getting stupid with the amount i was spending... then i had to hide them from my partner. So i realised, that it had to stop.

The month before i fell pregnant i bought 25 IC's for £4.00 posted, and i used 4 of them on that cycle i knew in my heart that if i was pregnant then it would show. Then the cycle after, my partner lost his brother to a major heart attack and so the charts, apps, cycle tracker e.t.c totally went out of the window. After the funeral e.t.c i realised that i was 6DPO and i did have a few symptoms, but i got to the point of feeling and looking like an idiot going oooo ive got a symptom for it to turn out to be nothing. So when i tested i couldnt believe i got a BFP!!!

It really doesnt matter what you test with, whether its the most expensive or cheapest test going, there all detect Pregnancy...

I only tested with a FRER and clearblue digi after my BFP on the IC's, because of all the BFN's i had with them, i wouldnt to see what a BFP was actually meant to look like on them lol x

Thanks for your reply and huge congrats on your bfp. Just goes to show when us girls stop worrying about ttc it just happens! Just ordered 100 ICs for £12 that's like buying a twin pack of frers! Crazy! Think I'm out this month though, signs of af are showing (sore swollen boobs, mild cramps and lower back ache. I'll just ride it out and try next month with my ICs! Don't suppose anyone keeps chart of there cm?!
