Does it affect the test result if urine is left out 2 hours or less before testing?

Does it affect the test result if urine is left out 2 hours or less before testing? I had to pee really bad and had held my urine about 3 hours or maybe a little less. I was waiting for my wondfo IC's to arrive in the mail and my urine was out about 2 hours or a little less than that and i got a v faint positive today at 10dpo within the 5 minute time frame it states to read the test within..can this affect the test result and possibly cause a false positive result because of what i did? thanks

I do not believe it would be a false positive. If you got a positive I would believe that it was a true one and that you are pregnant. Do you have a pic to go with?

the urine can start losing hcg after 1 hour but if its positive it is positive lol
