my first hcg was done in the ER and was
April 4th - 872.2
April 6th - 898.0
April 9th - 1646.0 (not the 17something I had quoted - dyslexia lol)

I have an appt on friday to see what is going on - they will most likely order another ultrasound friday or monday
*crosses fingers*
I kinda hope they do more bloodwork (NEVER thought I would EVER say that)

SHould they have checked my other hormones??? Progesterone etc?

having fun looking at others ultrasound pics - I found this nifty site here
http://www.baby2see.com/development/...ter_scans.html
that shows you week by week from week 4 on

looking at the size of a sack in week 4, compared to mine

I think IF it isnt a blighted ovum I was only 4 weeks pregnant when I had my first scan or around "33 days" if you go by the add 30 to the size to get the approximate gestational age

with my hcg also being 898 on wed would put me around 5 weeks???

I should probably step away from google

TORS. I WAS TOLD YOU CANNOT SEE anything on a scan (maybe sac) until your level reaches at least 1000.. this make sense..I have hope for you! fxd!

yeah - when I went to the ER originally we thought I was 6 weeks someodd days from my lmp - it is making me feel better that all the times and sizes are adding up. I was bummed out that I could only see a dot at the ER when I was expecting to possibly see a heartbeat....

But by seeing the numbers and the size comparison... it kinda gives some hope. I am trying to not let my hopes get up to high though. Still bleeding and passing clots :/

Your lucky to have seen anything. You should be seeing a heartbeat possible now if they do a scan. When I had my first loss in 08. I had a scan at 5 weeks an 3 days they saw a sac but that's it than a few days later I started bleeding and hcg dropped from 130 was the last draw (don't know what it was at scan time) but it went 130 to 10. It's a great sign your levels are going up. Fx you see baby!
