There are 2 types of blood tests, one will tell you exact amount of hcg and the other will just be a yes or no test that only detects positive after hcg is like a 20 or over, I would ask you doc which one he took, those tests are for sure bfp

I did a cb digi 7th April and AF not due until tomorrow and I got a BFP 1-2 weeks. So I'd say u could do I digi now x

Omg but dont they need to pick up 50 or more? Im just thinkin that the blood test i had surely wouldve picked that up. Ill see. Will try wait till Sunday if i can!

If you had a quant done, anything below a 5 or 6 depending on the lab, will be considered negative. Since a lot of pregnancy tests measure very low numbers of HCG it is possible to get a bfp on a pregnancy test with only a quant of 5 or 6. And since a 5 or 6 are considered negative even though you are most likely pregnant, they will report it as negative. I bet if you went tomorrow it would be above the baseline. And since everyone has to start somewhere looks like you re on your way!! fx!!

Not always can detect lower. I would try hunny.

So. I CAVED as you ALL knew I would!! I took a digi this morn. Drover to asda at 6.55am, it opens at 7 lmao! - "PREGNANT 1-2!" So I am indeed pregnant! Now WHERE are those STUPID DOCTORS!?!?!?! Thankyou so much for convincing me to take one everyone!!! Will post a pic when my phone charges up!
