Yeah feel fine, no indigestion or anything. I am brought tub of mint choc chip too and sitting in fridge, but gonna stay away, I'm avoiding milk too whihc is quite hard when cereal is such a handy snack when bit peckish! No butter on bread etc, just a nigght mare.
Well the only thing I can think of then is that it's my tummy reacting to something I'm eating and think it may be dairy, so no more choccie, ice cream, cheese or butter for me (again) Looks like better get the tuc biscuits back in! It's defo not something i've eaten specifically as in not fresh food cos it's happened couple of times now, as well as towards end of first pregnancy. Man the things pregnancy does to us! I just can't believe I seem to be one of the few people on earth who've ever experienced it let alone had repeated bouts of it. Even google had no answers! Best I got was something abt too much sulphur in diet, whihc basially found in every food apart from carbs it wld seem!
Anyway thanks for ya input hehe! Guess Just hav to live with it for six weeks or so
Just came across this post as I was hunting on google for answers too and glad someone has this!
I have been suffering with severe heartburn for the last few weeks and currently 24 weeks pregnant, today I have the wretched attack of the eggy burps and terrible stomach pains! and was looking online for what it was and how to cure it, but seems were alone on this one lol
Mines kinda died down a bit thank god cos going to pary tomor night and really don't wanna smell like rotten eggs and look a frump. I did cut out all dairy, but nothing seemed to help so I started to eat everything again and it seems to have faded for now! BUt it's horrible never know when it'll be back!
I did actually have a egg sarnie, which mae me feel a bit sick thinking about it before I ate it, but it was all there was, so who knows what might have helped, I just had LOADS of gaviscon! Oh and I did have some apple juice too? Not sure if that helped???
