i know un supervised taking this herb can be quite bad for you and baby BUT if used under the right dosage with a trained herbalist it can do wonders to start labour,

my friend is a qualified herbalist of over 12 years and she has started giving me my dosages last night i find i cant sleep woke at 6 this morning feeling edgy and abit crampy
im hoping it works soon will def up date if and when something works!

Ive used the blue and black cohosh tincture when my labor started slowing 1st time round. It is the most VILE tasting stuff ever! But I suppose it works, you may as well try it in safe doses!

Black cohosh was used by Native Americans as a traditional folk remedy for womens' health conditions, such as menstrual cramps and hot flashes, arthritis, muscle pain, sore throat, cough and indigestion. So obviously it will work .. Good Luck.

By the way I am a mom to 2 children and working at Petwellbeing

Never used it, but have read about it used in conjunction with Shepherd's Purse after birth to help stop PPH (or maybe it was blue?! I googled it as I have a fibroid which may causing bleeding)
